A juicy acidity and toasty, biscuity notes toward the rind are the hallmarks of Stichelton, though the range of flavours this soft, creamy raw milk blue can exhibit is extraordinary: from crisp green apple right through to beef stock umami.
Please note – We process orders twice a week. Orders placed by 12pm Mondays will be delivered on Wednesdays of that week. Orders placed by 12pm Wednesdays will be delivered on Fridays of that week.

If you need your cheese for a specific date, we recommend you order it to arrive at least a delivery date in advance as we use a delivery service and cannot guarantee these time frames. All our cheeses last at least two weeks in the fridge and we can vacuum pack on request.

Made by Joe Schneider on the Welbeck estate, Nottinghamshire. Stichelton is a raw cows’ milk blue cheese made with traditional rennet. It has a soft, buttery texture and deep array of flavours ranging from the tangy and savoury to the sweet and earthy.

When serving cheese for a dinner party or at an occasion, it can be difficult to know how much to buy. As a guide, we suggest approximately 150g of cheese per person if you are serving an after dinner cheeseboard or 250g if your cheese will be your main course along with charcuterie etc.
Typically, a 250g piece of cheese will last at least two weeks kept in the fridge. Larger pieces with last longer.
