September visit to Sparkenhoe Farm

Last week, Dom visited Sparkenhoe Farm to select our next batches of Sparkenhoe Blue with cheesemaker, Will.

These trips to Leicestershire are so important for us, sharing knowledge and feedback between BCC and our superb suppliers.

Will and Dom tasted through a number of batches and Dom selected two very different cheeses for us to sell on our counters.
