very excited to be launching a brand new product to the Borough Cheese range today, this seasonal Feta cheese is made on the Island of Lesbos in Greece and is absolutely delicious. Can be found on all our stalls around London, we sell it as a whole block so you have the option to make your own brine(see recipe below, it’s super easy), marinate in olive oil, or get really creative add any herbs and spices to the mix! Or just eat it straight away, which is what we tend to do…
